The Vitamix Blender has been such a wonderful addition to our kitchens because the Vitamix has allowed us to eat more raw foods in a tasty and fun way: Smoothies! With the Vitamix, you can blend raw spinach, cabbage, carrots, wheat grass, lettuce, tomatoes, squash, broccoli and all sorts of vegetables along with your fruits to make delicious and healthy smoothies. Sexy Salsa

You can enjoy this sexy sizzling salsa with pita chips...
* Six ROMA TOMATOES (quartered) 
* 1/2 ONION
* 1/4 cup of CILANTRO 
* One JALAPENO PEPPERS (remove the membranes and seeds)
* Teaspoon of SALT
* Teaspoon of LEMON JUICE
Toss in ingredients with just half of the tomatoes (12 quarters) and turn Vitamix on low.  Increase speed to 5 and press down contents with tamper for 17 secs.  Reduce to 3 and add the rest of the tomatoes, blend an additional 11 secs (leave chunky).
