The Vitamix Blender has been such a wonderful addition to our kitchens because the Vitamix has allowed us to eat more raw foods in a tasty and fun way: Smoothies! With the Vitamix, you can blend raw spinach, cabbage, carrots, wheat grass, lettuce, tomatoes, squash, broccoli and all sorts of vegetables along with your fruits to make delicious and healthy smoothies. Angel Berry


This delicious topping goes well with Angel Food Cake and makes a scrumptious addition to any desert...
* 2 cups of frozen STRAWBERRIES (thawed)
* 1 cup of BLUEBERRIES
* 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
* Dash of VANILLA extract
Turn Vitamix on low and switch to HIGH.  Press fruit onto blades with tamper and mix for 60 seconds.  Continue to blend for 15 sec intervals until texture is smooth and creamy.
