Blueberry Spinach Bliss

To create this fantastically fabulous medley of blueberry spinach blissfulness...
* Toss in a small bunch of GRAPES with vine intact (add softer items to vitamix first)
* Handful of BLUEBERRIES
* 2 oz. of Blueberry YOGURT (about half a small container)
* Just a tip of a BANANA (peeled)
* Hearty handful of SPINACH
* Fresh whole STRAWBERRIES (can be substituted w/ frozen strawberries, just use less ice in the last step)
* Half an APPLE, w/ skin, stem, and core
* Teaspoon of HONEY
* Lots of ICE
Turn Vitamix on low, immediately increase speed to ten and then flip switch to HIGH.  Use tamper to gently push down contents, stir and add more ice if you desire.  Continue to gingerly stir with tamper until a nice and smooth texture is achieved (usually about 2 minutes or less)
