Pineapple Dream
This Vitamix slushy contains a simple blend of PINEAPPLE + ICE. Mix and enjoy this refreshing treat anytime of day!
Spinach Berry Splash
The Vitamix Blender will purr with perfection when mixing this tasty medley of spinach, berry, orange and pineapple. Please take care in peeling the ORANGE and be sure to leave the "pith" intact. The pith of an orange is the white thread-like material attached to the inside of the peel. It has some anti-cancer properties, fiber, and antioxidants which are very good for you! The white pith contains the highest amount of bioflavonoids and vitamin C (more than the orange alone).
* 1 cup PINEAPPLE
* 1/2 cup RASPBERRIES
* 1/2 cup BLUEBERRIES
* One ORANGE (peeled, with pith intact)
* Handful of baby SPINACH
* 2 cups of ICE
