Melon-licious Smoothie

This delicious melon mix is filled with happy honeydew, plus packs a nourishing punch of antioxidants, B Vitamins, and Beta Carotene from spinach. Your Vitamix will love it and so will you...
* 1 cup red GRAPES
* 1 cup fresh PINEAPPLE
* 2 slices of honeydew melon
* 2 small handfuls of SPINACH
* 2 cups of ICE

Honeydew Dream

Enjoy this glass of honeydew heaven filled with luscious notes of banana and berry... just toss the following ingredients into your Vitamix, close your eyes, and sip to dream!
* Handful of BLUEBERRIES
* BLACKBERRIES
* Medium BANANA
* 1/2 cup PINEAPPLE
* One slice of HONEYDEW
* 1 cup SPINACH
* 2 cups ICE
* teaspoon of muscle milk PROTEIN powder (optional)

Angel Berry


This delicious topping goes well with Angel Food Cake and makes a scrumptious addition to any desert...
* 2 cups of frozen STRAWBERRIES (thawed)
* 1 cup of BLUEBERRIES
* 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
* Dash of VANILLA extract
Turn Vitamix on low and switch to HIGH.  Press fruit onto blades with tamper and mix for 60 seconds.  Continue to blend for 15 sec intervals until texture is smooth and creamy.

Sexy Salsa

You can enjoy this sexy sizzling salsa with pita chips...
* Six ROMA TOMATOES (quartered) 
* 1/2 ONION
* 1/4 cup of CILANTRO 
* One JALAPENO PEPPERS (remove the membranes and seeds)
* Teaspoon of SALT
* Teaspoon of LEMON JUICE
Toss in ingredients with just half of the tomatoes (12 quarters) and turn Vitamix on low.  Increase speed to 5 and press down contents with tamper for 17 secs.  Reduce to 3 and add the rest of the tomatoes, blend an additional 11 secs (leave chunky). 

Blueberry Spinach Bliss

 
To create this fantastically fabulous medley of blueberry spinach blissfulness... 
* Toss in a small bunch of GRAPES with vine intact (add softer items to vitamix first)
* Handful of BLUEBERRIES
* 2 oz. of Blueberry YOGURT (about half a small container)
* Just a tip of a BANANA (peeled)
* Hearty handful of SPINACH
* Fresh whole STRAWBERRIES (can be substituted w/ frozen strawberries, just use less ice in the last step)
* Half an APPLE, w/ skin, stem, and core 
* Teaspoon of HONEY
* Lots of ICE
Turn Vitamix on low, immediately increase speed to ten and then flip switch to HIGH.  Use tamper to gently push down contents, stir and add more ice if you desire.  Continue to gingerly stir with tamper until a nice and smooth texture is achieved (usually about 2 minutes or less)
